If a helmet screams off-road, then probably the cross helmet. If you're on a motocross machine, a jet or full-face helmet would look very out of place. The cross helmet is lightweight and excellently ventilated. In rain and wet conditions, however, it offers only moderate protection, and it doesn't really keep out the noise of your own motorcycle or the roar of the wind. Goggles replace the visor here.

The enduro helmet, on the other hand, combines the advantages of a cross and full-face helmet. The enduro touring helmet takes its shape and visor from the cross helmet, while the visor comes from the full-face helmet. The hybrid is particularly popular with touring riders, but can also be worn by all other two-wheeler owners.
